Community banned steam account - Login 3rd party

Hey guys,

I have a community banned steam account. When I try to log into a 3rd party website (opskins.com for example) I only get an "error" reply. I guess with the ban the openid is blocked so the 3rd party website cant identify my steam profile. Is there any work around this?
