I got like two invalid diputes I already contact them both, they are not responding. is there any way to remove invalid dispute ?
PS : my English is shit I know that.

Omni (assuming, might be someone else) goes through from time to time and marks disputes invalid.

Vendors especially should report abuse to me directly.  I don't need a long winded story either.  Just say "Abuse please check this is Contract ID and and UID" with links preferred.  Normally I can spot obvious problems myself. If I need a follow up question then I'll ask.

Most Contract abuse is Vendors simply because of the Contract Templates. It might seem like I'm giving them preferential treatment but the fact is that's the cause of abuse. For now I manually review the situations and take action accordingly.  Sometimes it's marking Contract invalid which also removes the B-Rating and any Dispute.  Sometimes I even close the account.

I also see abuse where those unfamiliar open a Dispute out of stupidity or _error_. Like someone uses a Contract Template. Doesn't pay then opens a Dispute.  Those Contracts also get marked Invalid when reported to me.

So have no fear please.

Maybe I'll make a thread and sticky it in the Vendor forum.

I viewed both your currently open disputes. After personal review, I’d say give a more thorough response on the problem, if replacement was part of the contract, proof you gave them a working account when handing it over, and or even consider refunding if your reputation means that much to you. However, if you fulfilled your end of the deal properly try giving better defense.
