Is it possible that for a reason unknown to me, the user created during the first start of Windows 10, then an admin user, (whose password I had left blank), the password has been changed by Windows itself? I ask because now I can no longer log in with this account, leaving the password blank.

You can try booting from a linux usb or a windows pe environment like TuxPE that would help you recover your account by changing the password in the past I used lazesoft Recovery suite, but if there is a live distribution of Linux it is even better. Thanks so much!
You can use a Ubuntu bootable.
