This guy is a fucking genius.
What I think his plan is? Dip the prices and invest even more in his company.
The prices will go back to normal in no time, and a 10% profit is almost guaranteed in my opinion.

He got in trouble for many tweets in the past and I've been watching Tesla stock for a short period so I don't really know the exact time span you're talking about.

Tesla stock has been steadily declining over the last month, I've already lost a few grand in it, and now this lol.

He is not implying that he is going to do something, he just gave his opinion.

Yeah, I'm not a lawyer nor am I studying the law, but my simple logic is that the "imo" are the saving words here.
He's probably decreasing the value in order to invest more into it, but that's an opinion formated after just 8 hours from the tweet, more may be revealed later.
