any kind of answer will be appreciated, thanks in advance ✌✌
Suspect it will be either the battery or the charger - I'd say order both online and swap them both. Doesn't hurt to have a spare of either.
Probably a dead battery based on the apparent age of the laptop. Most batteries are only truly good for 3-4 years at most.
The battery is dieing most likely, try another charger to make sure, I bet my money on dead battery tho.

Hello buddy,

Please can you try the following recommendations ?

- turn off your computer
- unplug the charger
- remove the battery if it's removable
- press the power button for AT LEAST 30 seconds
- put back the battery
- plug the charger
- turn on your computer

If it does not work well the battery or the charger is faulty

Right you might need a new battery but this happened to me once i and i fixed it by doing the following steps.

keep the charger plugged in and remove the battery pack

then uninstall the battery pack drivers

then put it back in and restart the pc and this might fix the solution

But it does seem to be a dying out battery.

I'm genuinely curious, what laptop manufacturer has a driver for battery management? I have yet to see that.
