The battery is most likely dead, you can probably find a replacement battery on Amazon or Ebay for 20 - 30 bucks.

I can't fix it due to the battery being built into the laptop without a way to remove it.

It is a Asus VivoBook R752LAV-TY592T.

The battery is dead for sure . Buy new one or if its not problem for you use it on a cable .
