SKILL - RECRUITMENT

INTRODUCTION

Skill is here to offer much more than just a lobby for gamers to connect and get into matches. Get ready for bi-weekly torunaments. With byte prize pools. There are no buy-ins as our spots are limited and too valuable to be purchased for "status" or a userbar. If you're in skill, it is by no accident. Everyone in skill will play some role in making sure that the current and next the tournament run as smoothly as possible. If you're interested in helping with running site wide tournaments then Skill is for you. If you're looking for a userbar and status then look else where.

ENTRY TO GROUP

In order to be invited to Skill it is a REQUIREMENT that you fill the application out and submit as a reply on THIS thread. It is imperative that you do NOT send your application in the form of a private message. All applications are discussed within the leadership of Skill. We will not pass your application out. Consider it nulled and void if sent as a private message.

REQUIREMENTS

Yes. There are some actual requirements in order to join Skill, a gaming group, insane. As previously stated, Skill is not a lounge. Skill is here to run and maintain tournaments.

1. An active member of Hackfourms. You MUST be active in order to help with on going tournaments. Inactivity will see you out of the crew.
2. An understanding of how tournaments work. If you're going to be assisting with the success of Skill you must know what we're about. KNOW YOUR STUFF.
3. Be knowledgeable about games that we host. Do some homework, be willing, be open, to doing research. It will make managing touraments smoother.
4. It would be nice to see some sort of tenure on Hackforums. This is a more laxed requirement and is at the descretion of Skill leadership.
5. Communication: You will be expected to communicate during planning periods and on going tournaments.

We have continued playing as a group for a long time with or without a userbar. If you're looking for people with similar interests that you can game with, we are your people.

Can vouch for that the Discord that's used is fairly active. Though I don't play much of the games that have been played.

Good luck with recruitment :)
