I've found a domain registrar, from which I've ordered a domain, which was priced at $20. I've received the invoice, in pdf format, went to the postal office and paid for it, so I have physical evidence as well.
Soon after, they contacted me, saying they "aren't able" to sell me the domain at that price, because, it's premium. They also offered me other domain extensions.
I don't want to settle for less.
Here's a list of things, I believe, would come handy to favor me in the case, if I were to sue them.
1. When you go to the given website and input the domain I did, it will say it's available and list the same price.
2. I have that page archived.
3. I've received the invoice, in a digital format, through email, that came from the domain registrar
4. I also have a physical proof, as in receipt from the postal office, which confirms I've made a payment
5. Under no section on their website and their tos, is it stated that their information might not be 100% accurate
6. Under their TOS / LEGAL page, it's stated that they will register the given domain, after the invoice has been paid
Is there anything else I should look for?
Edit:
To clear up the confusion. I'm not after $20. I'm after a domain name, I've registered.
