My Online store is failing I need Opinions

Hey everyone!

I recently created an online store (using shopify) and I am just not getting sales on it. I personally think it looks fine but it seems like im not getting sales. Ive been doing a lot of affiliate marketing , and Im getting a decent amount of people on the site (so far 200 online sessions) but only 10 people added my item to their card and 0 actually purchased the product. I have the suspicion that it is something wrong with the website , because I feel like I should have gotten atleast 1 sale from the 200 people interested. Please let me know

Website is www.portaup.com

I personally think one of the things that needs to change on your site is the home page. It's visually appealing, but it doesn't really fit the design of an online store, in my opinion. Your front page is one of the most important pages because it is often the first thing a new customer sees. If you look at Nike's website, for instance, they do have a banner like you, but they also have a detailed navigation menu and announcements with info about current deals. Below their banner, they have multiple grids with listings of popular products and their editors' picks. I think you would do well by looking at these types of sites and try to emulate at least some of what you see. Maybe try having a more detailed navbar and more products listed below the banner (since there's only one atm). I would also suggest having a larger logo with colors that match the rest of the site. It just looks off in its current state.

Another issue is that you don't seem to have an about page readily available. Maybe I just didn't see it, but I couldn't find an about page, FAQ section, or privacy policy. This makes the site look a little shady, even if it's not actually. Try making this clear to your customers, so they can know and trust who they're buying from.

I think you're on the right track, but I think you should try to research strategies on how to make your site perfect for the customer journey (i.e. look at competitors, building trust etc). Once you do that, you should be on your way to a successful store.
Yeah the frontpage is not appealing or good to get attraction of customers. Also the reviews are not look like real for a new customer.
We can help you to redesign the store and make it appealing, attractive and eye catching for the initial impression of any customer.

Why do you have the product listed on the landing page? Then, you have the same identical product listed in the Product page?

There are no other webpages detailing other features of this website, such as 'About Us', 'Policies', 'Product Returns and Refunds', and so on.

If you are going to depend on Shopify to make a ton of money, you are mistaken.
You need to do a lot more work and redesigning the website to make it more attractive and add a lot more products in order to attract a bigger demographic group(s).

I highly recommend that you get your OWN website hosting company and use website software that includes a build-in e-Commerce shopping cart.
