Hello. I am requesting help for finding a way to make a DDoS or DoS attack on an IP but i don't have money to spend on a botnet. Should i use LOIC or some other avaliable app that you wold recommend.

What exactly do you want to attack? Softwares like LOIC will damage your own internet, so if you want to do something simple that , you should use a VDS / VPS.
