Vodafone, Set the Bait and Awaiting Reply.

Had nothing but problems with these but love their competitions and giveaways lol.

Upgraded my package and phone and they sent me a brand new contact giving me a second contract with them instead of just upgrading my handset.

I got the first bill off them for 53 quid (I was warned it was going to be a little higher due to it being my first bill). I checked my app and they're still charging me for the second contract too.

I went in for a serious email but I've been smoking Guava Dawg and it turned into a guarvantian novel.

Apologies for any typos here. I'm on a phone and have sausage fingers; not literally, of course.

Quote:Hi,

The joke has piqued as more problems have arisen. I am finding myself to always having to email you about large problems with my account.

I foolishly upgraded my phone, no doubt signing myself up to another 24 months of to-and-fro email correspondence, before inevitably ending up with a 'we're sorry to hear that'.

I write to tell you that -despite our close, blooming relationship - 12 months of apologies have only succeeded in eroding my granite exterior of patience, slowly exposing to all my 'I've had enough' interior.

I am paying my bill on Monday. I thought it to be a total of 53 of your human pounds; so imagine my surprise when I received a text message saying that I now owe a total of £140. I am just glad I was sat on my couch doing my eyebrow exercises when I read this text and not on the roof trying to get a reception using your mobile data like last Tuesday.

I also see that I am still being charged for the new contract phone that you mistakingly sent me and I purposely sent back in the strikingly red envelope you kindly provided.

I would be eternally grateful if you could stop calculating my bills based on office darts scores.

Foolishly Faithfully,

Wow. What a letter. But you’re making me worry. I literally got an iPhone a week ago and surprise surprise guess which network I happened to choose?

I would be interested to see the response haha.
Had plenty of issues with Vodafone and they won't bother helping you.

Would avoid them at all cost, there are better options out there.
