Seems like the group behind the recent Twitter Hack where they promoted Bitcoin scams got arrested.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Mason Sheppard, aka "Chaewon," 19, from the United Kingdom, Nima Fazeli, aka "Rolex," 22, from Florida and an unnamed juvenile was charged this week with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and the intentional access of a protected computer.

Graham Ivan Clark, 17, was the “mastermind,” state officials said, of a hack that turned into an embarrassment for Twitter and called into question the security provided by a range of tech companies.

Federal authorities were already tracking Mr. Clark before the Twitter hack. In April, the Secret Service seized over $700,000 worth of Bitcoin from him, according to legal documents. The Tampa youth faces 30 felony charges, including fraud, and is being charged as an adult.

If I am correct, they basically SE'ed their way in as well. Just goes to show that a well planned SE attack, targeted at a small number of employees through a phone spear-phishing attack can take down even a giant like twitter. SE can be just as effective as any computer exploit.
