I was watching an interesting video, and it was talking about how billionaires don't have the security of keeping all there money insured by one bank so they have so many different diversifications as to where and what they put their money into .
After seeing this, i'll probably start putting more money into stocks for the long run .
What tier do you fall under? or which are you the most alike with your money?
I'm in the 100k range, and this is mostly accurate except I pulled everything out of investments except my 401k, since I needed the money and got some bad luck in the stock market. I might put stuff back in soon, though.

Good luck, remember to diversify your assets and invest intelligently.
Let me give you an example, and hopefully it can help you in understanding.
Imagine you invest your life savings of $100,000 into stocks, and you decide to plant it all in a company. One day, the company collapses. Your entire portfolio is wiped out.
Had you diversified your portfolio, investing about $5,000 in different companies, that one company that collapsed would only decrease your portfolio by 5%.
There are many other factors as well, like industry-type, as well as increasing or decreasing the % of your portfolio depending on the current performance of the company, etc. but there are better more educated resources out there for you to learn.
not to hijack the thread, but where is the best place to learn about stocks and investments?
I remember my economics class legit showed the ins and outs, and we even learned stocks my doing a stocks game with live stocks, fake money of course. I want to get back into it and plan to once I build a good investment capital.

I did some day trading with stocks that didn't turn out so well, but day trading is completely different than long term investing. You can get some low stuff right now due to the pandemic. You can check where airline stocks were before the pandemic and snag them for a lower price. There's still some good long term buys out there if you check around.
