This is my updated alert to remind you to use "Grammarly" - the add on for your browser.
Not only will it make sure your sentences have correct pronunciations and spelling but if you highlight a word you don't understand, it will tell you the meaning.

Tbh I don't really care about using proper spelling/grammar on an internet forum based on hacking. It's not like my ass is applying for a job.

It's not always about that - I've said it in the past but I'll say it again. You are far more likely to get replies on serious questions for learning when you make sense.
Grammarly also has a "tone detector" which will tell you how your sentence sounds - whether it comes across aggressive/angry or cheerful and friendly.

This is an interesting feature going to have to check it out I’m bad with getting my tone across in text
I always use Grammarly, but most of the time, it's with no errors at all. Besides, the tone that I choose often matches my context, and Grammarly is there to confirm the same!
P.S.: I'm not a native speaker, though.
If your english is completely broken, then I can totally understand this, but not if you are good with the English language lol :D
Still good for checking over small mistakes when you send emails and stuff even if you are a native speaker.
The tone detector feature is a nice add...
I'm not native but I do believe that I speak english really well, but I still have grammarly just in case I mess up.
Most of the time it just helps me correct spelling mistakes which I'm too lazy to fix myself manually. haha
I couldn't agree more, for those pointing out its a forum and not a job application.. Why not apply the same principles online and you'd be surprised with how much you'll pick up. You should always try to communicate clearly.
Thank you for this OP, I might try this :)
The LORD is my strength and shield.
Feels like everyone on HF have decent english but Grammarly is one way to go for Essays.
Hackforums has given me so much regarding correct pronounciation and words that I did not know before I joined. For past 10 years I have vastly improved my skills in english as a non native speaker of it. Will use this and I must say, it has helped me in real life, business etc greatly of what I've picked up from here.
Knowledge speaks, wisdom listens
Also to a good portion of native speakers, too. :)

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.
Peace out!
