error virtual box help

guys trying to start a virtual machine I get the following error message (
Opening a session for the Virtual Machine Programming failed.

Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP = 0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).

VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Exit code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

the computer is a dell with intel processor. i have already enabled vt-x in bios settings.
First, validate that you have virtualization enabled in your BIOS. On Linux run `lscpu`, or `grep vmx /proc/cpuinfo`, and check the output. If you're on Windows go to Task Manager > Performance > Processor and check whether Virtualization says Enabled.

If it is enabled, it should work just fine; otherwise, go to your BIOS and enable it. As a dirty fix, you can try going to VirtualBox settings > System > Acceleration and uncheck the Enable VT-x/AMD-V option.
