Well as I said according to how it should work - the first two letters should be "ao" but no 3 letter word would start with that so it must be setup different than page|line|letter

Yeah I looked both at the PDF page number listed as you scroll down as well as the roman numeral page number.

Unless the first word is an anagram for "ago" - from what I see it works out to "aog"
