Want to Build Gaming PC $2000-$2500 Budget

Looking to build a gaming pc that can last me at least 7-10 years. Built my last one off here back in 2013 and its still goin strong but I know there are games comin up I want to play that it cant handle.
I have an AMD FX™-8320 Eight-Core Processor, 8gb ram, a gtx 770, and the rest pretty much just facilitates that. The motherboard I forget what kind but obv can handle the gpu and cpu but im sure I can get that info if I need it. I Have a decent case, have taken care of it and clean it out monthly and I am very OCD with my wires.

Im looking for the best shit I can put in a gaming pc to give me optimal longevity. I want a really good mechanical keyboard and 144hz monitor, because I feel like anything above that is ridiculous in price. But if there is a good comparison im all ears.

I want the PC to be the base I have decent hardware that will work just fine, but recommendations for a good monitor and keyboard are welcome but aren't necessary in the build. Please help MEH, I need everything from a good case to power supply and everything in between. Black Friday and Cyber monday are on the horizon, and I want to take advantage.

Btw, the game I mainly play is Brawlhalla, but I would love to play some FPS's (not valorant cause fuck riot), and not cs go because cucks. Loved battlefield 1 but my pc couldn't handle the mid update so I had to stop playing because I couldn't snipe anymore. I was decent at fortnite, but my pc cant handle it without dropping to 12 frames whenever someone gets in my face. Id enjoy playing most solo rpg games and wow in full ultra mode without fps drop. So Idk, I feel like im rambling, HALP>
Bump. really could use some intel from someone who knows the best situation for my budget atm. Im obviously doing the research but I just want to solidify this build and make sure its the best I can do. I want the GPU CPU and motherboard to be the main source of my budget. I know those 3 are important and if i have to put most of my money into that im ok with it. But thats my understanding atm, idk if im wrong?
