Seller opened a sales thread with made up numbers, you won't even get 5% of the followers and all of them look like fake bot accounts. Tried to get in touch with him multiple times and he simple refused to respond or provide a refund and thinks that the problem will magically get resolved by ignoring my messages.

Wow. What a shitty contract. Nothing is clear so unless he told you that the accounts were going to be 100% real and promised you followers, I don't see how he's in the wrong. That's a shoutout service, he doesn't mention anything in the contract or sales thread regarding receiving followers, or the type of accounts, through that service. Is he shouting you out everyday? If so, he provided the service in full.

It's a growth service with weekly growth numbers stated, not X shoutouts per week.

He is reselling the service from an IG account and charges 3x the price of what the account owner does, which is fine by me since he wants to make money. What's not fine is that the account is spamming 15 shoutouts everyday which results in almost no followers and those who follow are looking like bots. The account has freaking 10k+ posts.

There is a reason why the price is $75 per week and why he wrote down average growth per week, you basically pay for the growth service and expect to be close to the average growth numbers. In this case it's not even 5% of the average growth and I am not the only one having issues with the service, see the replies on his sales thread.

Tbh your response makes no sense at all. You see someone offering growth service that is "great investment for ewhoring and onlyfans pages" which implies real followers or else I don't see how anyone would make money on Onlyfans/ewhoring by bot followers? On top of that you're paying on a weekly basis for the growth service which has average growth numbers stated in the thread and you're telling me that no followers are promised? Do you think that people would blindly pay $75 for growth services without any expected numbers, which btw are stated in the sales thread?

See in most cases I wouldn't even bother with this, especailly not responding to your comment but the seller was quick to respond when he sold the service and making money but refuses to respond now in his sales thread and on Discord which annoys the fuck out of me. If you're quick to take someones money you should at least respond post trade, this guy thinks that everything will be sorted by simply ignoring the issue.

Hell hold on, I will open a growth service, state 10k average growth per day and charge $500 and go by your logic that it's a simple shoutout service when people start disputing about not getting any followers. But hey, I provided the service in full, right?

I see the numbers now. But it doesn't matter if it 'implies' one thing and is another. What matters are the words in the thread and the words in the contract. A contract that simply says "thanks" should never be accepted, that's just stupid and not how you conduct business. "These are a great investment for ewhoring and onlyfans pages." doesn't promise anything, neither does "(2-3k average growth)". Is he referring to his experience? Your possible experience? Someone else's average growth using his service? Who knows. That's what a contract is for but that's not what you used it for, right?

I showed you and linked you to the page that would be providing the shoutouts as well. I was completely transparent about what the service provided.

You didn’t receive the results you expected and I apologize for that. But I did my part in offering you 3x the service we originally agreed on.

The growth service isn't even worth for free for an entire year, don't act like you're the victim here. What happened to the "partial" refund that you mentioned, you completely ignored it and disappeared for almost a week? Giving bullshit excuses and ignoring messages for days and complaining about disputes, like wtf do you think will happen if you do business with someone and then decide to ignore the customer when you can't deliver what you promised in the sales thread?

Paying $75 for growth service that states 2k per week but doesn't even provide 5% of that. Tbh it's pretty simple, you didn't sell X shoutouts, you were selling weekly growth service. One last question, why are you no longer offering the service? Pretty sure that we both know the answer to that and that this wouldn't be the last dispute against you, I won't bother with you anymore.
