I got a RTX 3070, but my poor old i7-4790K just bottlenecks the hell out of it, so now I need to upgrade.

I already have storage, PSU, case, peripherals, monitors. I just need CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Possibly a new cooler too.

I have no issues with buying used, older-gen hardware as well.

Take a look at this, it's exactly under $600, if you can't find a 5600X, just go with a 3800x (the total becomes exactly $638.98) or a 3700X if you can't afford more than $600 (it then becomes exactly $588.98), i hope that helps :
