If I've been banned from a wesbiste, how do I change my IP address?

I got banned from a website for reasons that I don't understand and were never explained to me.

I've repeatedly tried to contact the moderators and they refuse to respond to me.

How do I change my IP address so I can post on that site again?
Hello. Could i get some more information like do you have a static or dynamic ip. And ask yourself why you have been banned if you know the reason you can change your behaviour on the forum.
you have various options, but to keep it simple;

use a VPN even a free one could work for you, there are even browser extensions that will allow you to switch IP.

i used to use hidemyass but not sure if that is still up like in them old times.

This.

Keep in mind that many large forums block VPNs that have been associated with abuse in the past, so you might have to try a few out before finding one that works for the particular site. Also, if you held an account on the site then there's a fair chance that was banned as well, so consider making a fresh one and using that to contact the moderators and appeal for your account to be un-banned.

On the other hand, you can probably find an email address for the website's support or moderation team, so you can directly approach them about issues like this.

Best of luck OP.

Use proxies
https://proxied.network
If you have a dynamic IP address, you could, essentially, just restart your modem and get a new IP assigned to your network.

Otherwise, proxies or VPN's should suffice.
I sometimes come around and poke a few threads before leaving for a few months again.
get a vpn service there is some free ones like hotspot shield or get paid one, or use tor
Buy a cheap VPS and install a socks5 server on it.

A lot of vpn providers are blocked by default. This should help you get around that issue.
