I put my bitcoin wallet address to payment method at shoppy store but the address being changed every time someone proceed to payment.why this is happening can anybody tell me ?

Normal.

They take the money with their bitcoin wallet and then they send you that to your wallet.
They've made this to make bitcoin usage more anonym.
