I'm looking for help because i bought on the marketplace by shoppy.
I've send the payment and shoppy received it but they don't send back to the vendor.
Did i miss something ? Maybe an information somewhere ?

Check the email you entered on the shoppy, your product/key was most likely sent their with a TXID.
