Coinpayments fucked me

Just sent eth using my blockchain.com wallet to a website using coinpayments.net and surprisingly payment hasn't shown up. triple checked that it should've gone through and everything checks out.
This is the second time coinpayments fucking eats up my money (although first time was my fault because I sent using BEP20 instead of ERC20). anyways now what should I do?

this literally just happened to me like 20 min ago

I'm gonna see if I have the time to contact support, it's bullshit. It was a big payment too with priority fee.

It happened to me before, you gotta wait like a few hours till it actually go through. Its dumb, ik, idk why that site is garbage
This is known problem most website do not support BEP20, you should check multiple times to be sure your network on erc20
Open a support ticket with them, they do actually answer them.

Advice: Coinpayments is trash, has a terrible UX for the user which is likely costing you money. Coinbase Commerce is better.
BITCONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECT
I have been using CoinPayments for a while. It's a good option if merchant wants to offer wide range of crypto. They do take forever since there confirmation threshold is higher compared to other gateways.

I’m not even sure the transaction will be received at all in this case, OP might actually have lost his money.

you didn't read my thread. I've accidentally sent the money using a different network before however this time everything was done correctly.

Can you paste transaction hash?
