I need to purchase something from a website that doesn’t support payments from within EU.
Therefor I am looking for a place to get an American debit card so I can put money into it and order the items.
Any ideas?

That seems like a lot of work. Why don't you just get someone else from within the country to buy it and send it to you for a fee?

Can't you just buy a prepaid visa/mastercard?
