Got home yesterday after back surgery and spending 7 days in the hospital. Been fucking rough. Still in so much pain and taking over 30 pills a day.
But feels fucking great to be home at least. It's day 8/42 before I can start training really looking forward to that but will be a while.
Pretty much laying in bed 24 hrs a day atm.
Will post more at some point.

Glad the surgery went well! My dad had back surgery last year and it was rough for him for awhile, was on some heavy duty painkillers.
I'm happy all went ok for you and you are back home. Must feel nice. I felt that when I had my leg fractured and I came back from the hospital. Amazing feeling, and the other, better one, was when I started to walk again without any support.
All will be well in a matter of time, while you sit in bed all day, try to stay productive with a laptop, books, whatever, but also Netflix a lot if you like watching stuff.

Hey, I hope you recover soon without any complications!
What is the issue that caused the surgery if I may ask?

Happy to hear you are doing okay. I wish you all the best of luck with recovering from the surgery.
Please, try to not get addicted to any painkillers or other numbing drug that might cost you a lot financially, after recovery.
Take care man and again, best of luck!
I wish you're fast recovery OP.
The LORD is my strength and shield.
Glad your surgery went well OP. Just keep trying to occupy your mind and not focus on the bad parts of the recuperation.

Always Thank God again and again for the life he gave you again , I hope you a fast recovery and healthy :) , friend. btw we as human never think or (think less) and never appreciate about how great and miracle is a healthy body until we get an illness or we get some thing abnormal about our body.
