Hey, Looking for an apprentice/beginner designer. Someone who may just be starting, or has only a few years of experience.

Requirements:
- the ability to work well with a team (team meetings, team communication through telegram/slack)
- ample free time
- self-motivated
- creative thinker who can work with a minimal description sometimes - not always (Looking for someones genuine motivated creativity)

Pay:
Set monthly salary (pays for the internal work on our agency and projects) + project commisions on client work

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
- You are just looking for an extra gig or some pay.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
- You want to make good money while growing with an agency chasing million dollar revenues over the next 2-3 years.
- You want to settle into a long term job that is 5-10 years commitment

What will you be doing?
Social Media content creation, Logos, clothing designs, threads (and others but those 3 categories are the main things)

I'm not looking to hire someone who owns their own agency, I'm looking for someone who wants to grow together with my agency.

- A lot of our social media content is created in canva, we will pay for your premium membership, we also have memberships to premium resources.

- If you have skill in simple video design using online editing tools like Zubtitle and similar video editors is a PLUS

- You will need your own photoshop, otherwise I can provide cracked versions of premium software. (if it becomes an issues Ill buy it for you)
