thanks in advance for any reply and Helps!
Have you updated your drivers?
What settings are you using in-game?
Are you getting 75-90 fps on battery, or plugged in?

Do not know if will help but here is what another owner reported to a similar problem

Code
So for my issue it was something silly and simple. It appears that if you have the Max Frame Rate set to Off under the Manage 3D Settings in the NVIDIA Control panel then it was set at a default of 58 as the max...
set it to 1000 and now on Ultra I am getting 110-130.

all driver and bios up to the last update.

I use the the lowest setting possible on each game i tried to not charge the Vrams on my cards
and also tried Utlra performence medium low and its really really worst my gpu reach 85c -95c in heating range and goes around 35-55 fps

yes its plugged in the wall directly when i use it.

i also removed all the bloatware and stuff like that...

What's the ventilation like? Are the fans working properly?

I know you mentioned it gets to 85-95c, but it may start to throttle fairly early.

i dont know really since its a laptop its might be normal but they sound really loud like they are set to max rpm when i play a games.

after checking in the BIOS the CPU fan run at 2340 rpm on the boot menu.
I'd suggest getting a laptop stand.

Something like this, although making sure all the vents are uncovered (so maybe a different one could be better): https://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Compati...07D74DT3B/

I know it's not ideal if you're moving around a lot but ventilation is always the key with a laptop.

If it's well ventilated and there's no dust blocking anything (which there shouldn't be if it's new) then I'd look into getting a replacement.
i have an rtx 3070 gigabyte edition i don't like the performance its like something is wrong with it it doesn't perform well idk why
