If I'm taking Amazon e-gift cards internationally , does it make sense to just say to everyone to pay in USD regardless of where they're from? They would have that option right? To just convert their local currency into a set amount of USD?
I want to sell daily to US AGC buyers here on HF and am thinking it could be a bit complicated if I have codes in different currencies ?

As far as I'm aware, if they have eg. Amazon UK account, they can't buy US (USD) giftcard, only GBP one, which is for Amazon.co.uk
USA is the most searched one as far as I'm aware of, but receiving in other currencies (.de, .co.uk. - most 2 frequent ones) shouldn't be a problem since there is a buyer for those in the CE section as well.

That's what I'm thinking, that I tell everyone to go to Amazon.COM ,and that way the default currency for
an egift card is dollars......?

Yes. I've had customers from Germany and I told them to sign up to Amazon.COM because I can't use .DE cards and I don't want to trade them (You lose half of the money when you exchange the gift card for PayPal or US one or any other platform). In my opinion you should stick to US gift cards because you won't lose that much.

Then those people from Germany, once signed up to .Com , could buy a particular denomination card in dollars but yet pay in their currency right? And have Amazon do the conversion for them automatically to match the required dollar amount?
