So i amended my return about 9 months ago to add a 1098t and still have not gotten my refund. I called the irs like 3 times already. I heard rumors the bidens are giving money to the illegals so their stalling on taxes.

Yeah, the Biden admin is giving $500k to illegals that were treated "wrong" under the Trump admin, so you'll probably won't getting that money back any time soon, if at all. God I hate our government right now.

Strange. I know people who haven’t gotten 2019 taxes back yet even. So they haven’t received stimulus payments or anything either.

Hope you get your money soon OP, it sucks when these kind of things get delayed.
It's so easy for them to take our money but then when they neee to pay us? Ohhh it's ok to take their sweet times I think the same rules of how long we can delay with paying tax before actions are taken against us should also apply to the refunds
