For me definitely a phone, keys and also a wallet.

With the wallet, I only carry the bare essentials required for my journey on the day. That way, If I lose It, not everything Is lost. Oh, and just In case I get locked up In a Turkish prison, I make sure I have enough money In my ATM card.

I kept it simple, I'm sure there's some interesting ones out there.

Keys, wallet. Back in the day I used to do the pocket-patdown to make sure I had keys, phone, wallet and cigarettes before I left for work.

I struggled doing that, ive always had my bag ready the night prior to work so that way i can just walk right out the door.
