Now this isn't everyone case but I've ran sarms/testosterone and other compounds. I don't recommend using them or even going near them.
Why? It is a rollercoaster of emotions. Sarms not too much but test/steroids yes. When you are elevating your hormones to super physiological doses everything else is increasing. Your sense of well-being, your sense of awareness, etc. But these get heightened to such a high degree to where you'll experience mood swings, anxiety, tremors, etc for the first 3 or so weeks until your body adjusts to them. Once your body is at homeostasis your reality sort of shifts, you're in a whole different world. Some may like it some may not. But your senses are heightened, you are literally a super human. This can also lead to anxiety, over thinking, etc. It'll be weird at first.
But then you get off them and you're crashing your hormonal system again and now you're going through another wave of emotions, anxiety, etc. Then you have to PCT which is another wave of emotions.
Long story short: It'll affect your mental health. You'll go from happy to depressed and may bring out preexisting conditions. Is this all worth it for some muscle? No, absolutely not. Unless you plan on blasting/cruising and competing in pro bodybuilding then sure but even then why would you.
People think that hopping on gear is just gonna make you feel amazing, gain a lot of muscle, and you hop off it and things go smoothly. NO. There are mental side effects to this bullshiit.
I regret doing roids, my mental health severely suffered from it. I was having anxiety, panic attacks, DP/DR came back, you fuckking name it. I am thankfully recovering. Be safe.
