Where do people learn how to make a crypter. I know c# pretty well but i’m still a beginner (only have been coding in .net for around 3 years). There’s literally no resources for coding malware or crypters. Yes I know about github... github doesn’t explain the code though. Also copy pasting coding from github leads to more detections.

It is given that there should be no article, resources, videos, or any other form of learning materials on how to make malware. The reason is obvious. If you simply want to know how antivirus works then there's a lot of topic regarding that. With those topics, you can now build or create a simple solution. Most answer to the question about detection is to debug the code that is being detected. The next thing is how your application behaves in runtime. Does it tickle the av's checklist, something like that. I coded a hotkey application, it works well with Windows Defender but when I tried to scan it on VirusTotal, some av's detect it as a keylogger. I managed to eliminate the detection by using a different approach but still produce the same result.
