I have neighbors (big familly) above us in the building (upstairs) . They made me crazy, every time running and jumping in the appartement .. :(
I talk to the husband 4 or 5 times the friendly way and each he says he will stop making noise.
I also fill a complain to the owner and he sent the a fine but it was useless.


Now I'm pretty sure he's just making fun of me by making noise by purpose.

Is there a way to revenge in a discret way and make him leave please ??

You've to instill in their minds that continuing this will lead to consequences bad enough that it's not
worth to continue.

Two ways I can immediately think of to achieve this is:
1. Convince them you're fucking crazy and that fucking with you will lead to one of them being stabbed, with you not having any remorse.
2. Contact the proper authorities that can make sure they're punished by law if they continue to not respect you.

Though I don't even know if the authorities will take this serious. Good luck.
