I downloaded the file >
Link to the GitHub page: https://github.com/NYAN-x-CAT/AsyncRAT-C-Sharp
I installed it, after getting warnings that it contains a virus and maleware, although I read on forums this might happen from windows. I ignored the warnings and installed it on to a VM.
When I tried to run the programme from the extracted "compiled" folder it asks me to extract or run as options. I ran it and I got the same warning and the VM wont let it run.
Any ideas?
thank you

Thats what I read, but my main concern was why I cant get it to run.
you will need to completely disable windows defender else it will keep deleting it.
Add AsyncRAT to exclusions or disable WD then redownload and run. That's what I did.
Have a look at DcRAT and Quasar. They are pretty solid. I'm testing DcRAT and Quasar Gold currently

Are you on telgram? if so send me your username via messages and I will add you, I am also using quasar after a few days of research. I have it set up and running on an RDP. I now need to research how to make a FILE to attach the payload to, and then my research will start on targets "for educational purposes of course".
Whats your tele?

I want to start a RMM service. RATs offer pretty much the same control as normal RMM software. I have a thread where I describe it more
