If you get a VPS and can get a PC Rat accepted into a Windows 10 Laptop what can you access?
Read Email?
Keylogger to grab log on password?
Steal and copy pics, videos, and desktop files/folders somehow?
Screen capture?
Remote access control if you are on the same wifi at the time?
What if an android phone gets connected to the computer...sometimes just tethered to use the data but also it does get connected to transfer files from phone to computer...is there a way to rat the phone this way if you know for sure the phone is connected?

The things you can do depends only of the features of your malware(rat in this case). You have a working keylogger in your rat ? then yes you can save an grab keystrokes and so on.
