Sure there are lots of things hidden from the general population, and scholars not wanting to re-write the history books, or science.. But I do think there is something after death maybe we do wake up from a simulation, maybe we re-incarnate into a butterfly who really knows...

But I do think should live life as it is, make the most of it, and try and educate yourself about everything that we don't have records of like past technology or what certain types of things people where about to accomplish with spirituality all of those things are interesting to me.

I  think we do but that depends on how you define a simulating. This concept is that if a computer can replicate our worlds physics then it means that our world is a simulation. I would say yes it's a simulation but not at all like a computer system. It has it's own system and set of rules so it's possible to be a simulation that someone or something made.

Yes that's what I mean a type of computer beyond our understanding that can run multiple copies of our world but with slightly different variants

I think that if the world around us is a carefully developed illusion, sooner or later it would come to light. Someone who would supervise it would have to make a mistake that would eventually lead to the disclosure of such an incident.
