suffering from having a legal guardian and being a ward

So 6 years ago i was about to get deported from the EU. I stated that i am an american citizen and only willing to the depart to the US. They deported me to my origin country (not the US) instead against my will, and falsely claimed that i am insane. 6 months after arriving to my origin country i discoverd the court appointed my parents to be my legal adult guardians, and denied my departure from my origin country untill the year of 2099. My bank account was cancled, and i don't have basic human rights ever since. My parents refuse to do their job as guardians, and i have a constant fear of becoming homeless. Recently i filed a request to transfer the guardianship from my parents to the country, but removing the guardianship completly seems to be impossible, for no shrink is willing to give me a recommendation. I have no idea how to get out of this horrible situation
Sounds like a horrible situation bro, I don't know much about laws and legal rights well enough to be able to help, but I hope someone else can give you good advice. Pray your situation improves, sounds really awful
Sorry to hear this happened to you, hope you can somehow get out of the situation you are in. If you don't mind me asking how old are you currently?

Is it a guardianship issue or conservatorship?
Damn. I’m praying you get this taken f care of.
May I ask why they took this decision? What triggered this situation? If you can tell everything in detail, someone may help you with that.

That's weird. When you're 18+ you're supposed to be able to care of yourself and everything you do is on you.
Unless you have some mental problem.

Can you elaborate?

If your parents are your legal guardians, I would think that means they're responsible for whether you're homeless or not - if you end up out on the streets, they are legally responsible. I'd guess.

Is there any kind of charity in your country that offers free advice to citizens?

It is full scale guardianship, both body and possession, although i am still competent to make legal actions without external approval

I was about to get deported from the EU, which suffers from an immigration crisis, and my parents wanted to be my legal guardians even prior to the deportation (there was a failed attempt to appoint me an adult guardianship a year before i got deported). The EU authorities lied to the psychiatrist who gave the recommendation, probably cause they have to much foreigners and immigrants and they wanted to get rid of one immigrant permanently. They were very sophisticated and experienced in doing so. The EU authorities coordinated the lies with my parents, and without even seeing me the psychiatrist recommended the guardianship. after arriving to my origin country the psychiatrist had a meeting with me and he figured out he was lied to. He done nothing in response

I am highly intelligent and independent even prior to 18. I manage myself very well since always. There were some small incidents with the psychiatric wards in my origin country, and every time someone arrives to a close psychiatric division the psychiatrists will falsely claim he is completely insane even if he is completely fine. There was no real issue ever. My parents lied to the psychiatrist with the EU authorities, causing the psychiatrist to unjustly use his power against me

by being my legal adult guardians my parents are only responsible for managing my affairs, and if they don't, nobody will do anything to them, there will be zero consequences. Having legal guardian as an adult means basically one thing, having your basic human rights completely denied from you. Practically, the only person responsible for not becoming homeless is me. And i have no checks for not having a bank account, so finding a place to live is very hard.

and as for getting help from charity and different organizations, it is completely impossible, for in order to consul me they need an approval from my legal guardian, and everything ill tell them is completely un-confidental in front of my guardians

anyhow, sorry for the delay in the response, i was very busy this week trying to kick my parents from being legal guardians, for i am trying to transfer the guardianship to the state

That really sucks.

Maybe try talking with the psychiatrist again to fix yourself life. He might be scared to lose his livelihood because of this mistake. But if you make it clear to him that you won't go after him and just want to fix our life, then he might be able to help you.

Couldn't you get a lawyer and prove yourself in court?

I mean, don't have they have certain tests to prove someone is sane enough to be considered not insane?

Super shitty situation my man.

Recently i social engineered my way to get that psychiatrist mobile phone number, and i talked to him. He told me he is not willing to give a recommendation of guardianship complete termination, and maybe he'll be able to give a recommendation to transfer the guardianship to the state. I find it hard to believe threatening his medical license will solve anything, but this is a good idea to try (thanks).

I barely make money, maybe if ill get a position somewhere (I'm overqualified for simple staff like help desk technician), and they deny my welfare allowance from me regularly.

The only ones authorised to give a recommendation to remove a legal guardianship are senior senior psychiatrists, and they will always want to see prior documents (which mostly claim i'm insane although i never was), and they will always want to talk to the parents (which will obligate completely to the termination of the guardianship). I have proves i am sane, not helping me much, for what i need is a formal recommendation (and an expansive lawyer to get it through the complicated court procedure).

By far it looks like a dead end situation

I know someone in the same situation. He had multiple drug induced psychosis and they claim him to be insane schizophrenic. He is labelled schizophrenic and they are mad for him not wanting taking medication because he got NO SYMPTOMS of illness at all. The only thing you can do bro is: work on yourself even when you are at rock bottom. Exercise 6 days a week. Meditate. Wake up and sleep same time everyday. Make money and save it somewhere and buy material stuffs so the psychiatrist can kiss your ass. Also, report the psychiatrist and ask his boss for a "second-opinion". Write detailed OVER 4 000 words WHY you are SANE and give it to the psychiatrist boss. EVERYONE has a boss even the CEO. Also be prepared to go to court with these rights: https://www.un.org/development/desa/disa...ies-2.html , they will say "it doesn't count in court" but it counts everywhere but if you have a 6 pack of abs on psychmeds and are in a $10,000 dollar suit you think these ass kissers in court will deem you insane? I mean come on. These people are dogs bro, good luck. Also look up narcissistic personality disorder, 5%-15% of people have it and your parents or psychiatrist might have it too.

this. this is why i love this forum
My girlfriend had the same problem. I took her away from that mental trauma. I can relate. I’ve been independent so that isn’t a problem. Looking past myself at this point.

Praying for you as well Homie, stay active on the forums. Very nice people here and are around.
