Although i am an adult i was appointed my parents as my adult legal guardians. My father is a senior lawyer and he scammed the authorities to appoint me him as a guardian although there was no reason for the court to do so. Recently, I opened a process of transferring the guardianship to the state, and i am even backed up by a state free lawyer appointed by the judge in the case. My father wants a complete and total control over me and my life, and he is willing to fight by all means to get it. 4 months ago he asked for a restraining order against me although there was no justified reason to get the warrant. He successfully got it for 3 months, and then he tried attacking my LinkedIn account and take down my professional life. I responded in a way that didn't defy the restraining order. He filed a false accusation complaint against my, defying the order, and i was investigated in the police a week and a half ago. I talked without claiming my right for an attorney, and i think they gave me a police record, prior my past was clean. My father is now threatening to file a civil criminal complaint against me if i will not cancel the guardianship transferring request. A few months ago, my parents discovered i am completely qualified to easily earn 20-30 dollars an hour, which means i can easily afford fighting and taking down the guardianship. If ill get a record i wouldn't be able to earn this much, and ill get stuck on 10 dollars an hour website testing for 5 years till the record is erased. I think my father is sophisticately fighting against the losing the guardianship, and fighting against me taking it completely down. What do you think i should do? Is it possible to get a decent hacking position with a record? or my professional life are over for the next 5 years?

Even if you're fine you can be ruled as not able to take care of yourself, essentially. It's fucked. Most famous case of this is Britney Spears and her dad. Judges have way too much power in the US. I think it was the same guy (OP) if I'm not mistaken.

'Expert testimony' are essentially just paid actors in our joke of a court system. It's not easy but someone that knows the system/is motivated (with financial resources) can do it. Such as OPs dad. Ah yes, I see it is the same OP as before. https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6209321 (Jul 30, 2022 10:39 AM)cyberpunk26 Wrote: I find it important hearing the hacking perspective, and not only the legal one Like going to a dentist for advice on brain surgery. |
