This was from a contract for his old sales thread in July.

He was to provide me 2 methods in this "mentorship" and as per the contract he agrees to refund if this mentorship doesn't works out.

And by August, I made $0 with his "mentorship" and he refunded me only half the funds.

Here it shows how he not only doesn't want to refund the pending balance and even said "Do you think I care about your money?"

And here is how he is coming up with reasons that he can't refund, saying he lost 23k to gambling (Could be related to the gambling script he is selling right now on his active thread)

I have given him more than enough time, the pending refund of $300 was since August and it's already November now.
I have been waiting for the refund for 3 months.

The timelines match up, as per the contract a refund is warranted. Waiting 4ish months for a refund is insane.

No, don’t be sorry because he happens to be in our group. First of all, that was long before he joined us and second of all, now that we have opened our recruitment, unfortunate things like this are bound to happen and we cannot do anything to stop it. I can’t waste my time and doxx everyone that scams like I did with Illusion. Sooner or later, members have to look out for themselves , it’s not our responsibility if a member of ours scam someone. Users have to look out for themselves, we cannot protect everybody. Also, I have mentioned this before and I am going to say it again, if a member of OURS sells a service or a product that you deem shady, you can pm ME to be the middleman FREE of charge, so, know that.
Having said all , I would appreciate if you could resolve this, Itachi.

I asked for OP for his ETH address at 9 PM  my local time. At 5AM when I was sleeping he came and opened the dispute. I just woke up and im going to refund him now.

Also Navos had the chance to buy the new method im selling before anyone else and is up over few k $ but he doesn't mention this.

I have PMed Itachi my crypto address and now I am waiting for his refund.

He started to hurl offensive insults via discord before writing his reply above.

One thing to also note though, this guy was initially still reluctant to refund.
Keep in mind that this pending refund has been almost 3 months.

I have received the refund but a heads up, this 1tachi is a multi of a previously closed account called "Kaoru Hanayama"

I'm not sure if the admins can do something about this guy being a multi of a previously closed account but I will be closing this dispute now as the refund is received.

Getting him to refund was a long journey of 3 months.
Not only that, he was continually cursing and insulting during the past hour and cursing for my mother to be dead.

This guy is a horrible person to deal with.
