What do I do if I feel lost?

I feel like I'm so far behind despite being 18. I think a lot of this is due to comparing myself to others, I've had day ones way younger than me with 1-3 millions in crypto from illegal shit already when they started from nothing just like me meanwhile I'm just a broke college student who parties every weekend. I've had moments in my life where I've had a shit ton of money but that didn't really help my mental state. I just want to get rich and be happy tbh.
You're 18, do you still plan on being alive and well for the next 50-70 years? Look at it that way as you have plenty of life to live. In order to stop comparing yourself to others, you must destroy the visual first. My suggestion is to get off all social media platforms and focus on yourself. You'll know when the time is right to go back and that's even if you want to after being off it for so long. That's one of the best things I did and this was years ago.

Recognize your flaws in order to fix them. Rather than criticize yourself, focus on constructive self-criticism. You know what you need to do, just do it. Seeing how you said you had a ton of money in your life, but are "broke" now, I'd recommend studying financial literacy so it doesn't happen again. Stop socializing with people you cannot build with and realize it will be a lonely journey that you'll eventually get used to and start enjoying. Don't tell anyone what you're doing either, you don't want anyone getting in the way of your success.
Start working out, eat healthy, stop drinking and partying all the time and keep a journal where you write down your goals and progress towards those goals.

Also don't get hung up on that money stuff, either your friends are lying to you or they are doing crap that is going to end up with them losing those wallets and in federal prison when they cash out on those illegal funds and get it traced. Not many people in their 20's are millionaires. Decide what you're okay with in life and not okay with in life, then start focusing on that.
I opt'ed for technical college and becoming a mechanic, started making money early on, and started workout out 7 months ago consistently. Once you stop caring about what other people think, and turn it into a competition of how can I be better than them, you will feel much better with yourself.
Don't compare yourself to others, read books, do things that you love, meet new people. You're young and have so many things that you have yet to experience.
