True, it is a shame that innocent people are harmed in wars. Unfortunately it seems that the one side that started it is disinterested in stopping and in my opinion, hasn't given Ukraine a choice in the matter.

I very like that tactical move to cutting connection between people. I think they did that to not make the russian people know what is happening in the outside world and steal some government info maybe.I am eager to know what will be the russian move to answer.
