The Lockbit takedown has been all over the news this week. Seems international law enforcement collaborated to hack the hackers. Cyber security researchers have been speculating on how Lockbit and its affiliates will respond.

What impact do you thing these take downs have? Do they have an impact on other hackers, not associated with Lockbit? What do you think Lockbit will do now?

Indeed. It will likely move other groups to learn from this situation and make some adjustments so that the same doesn't happen to them.
Lockbit will likely reassemble, probably under a new name.

Only a few arrests have been made. I doubt they’ll catch everyone, so most likely they’ll be under a new name.

LockBit is impressive, but I don't like ransomwares in general since this is a high level of Cybercrime.
