Online ADHD doctors?

I see alot of online results for "Online adhd medicine"

I am looking to get prescribed my old medicine back and dont want to go to an actual doctor.
Some websites prescribe adderall/vyvanse

Does anyone know of such telemedicine website in the US that does this?
You're getting a lot of these ads because you're talking about it in person most likely, so it's sending targeting ads. Honestly, just try one of them that have a lot of "personal" reviews and go for it. Can't cost that much to try it

Hmmm yea thats true. Thanks
Most places I know that will give you meds online are refill only.

Meaning you’ll have to go in person the first time so they can get a feel for you, after that it can be virtual and refilled online.

I wouldn’t trust a single “virtual only” doctor.

Awesome, thanks for the advice!

I'm surprised that there are docs that prescribe ADHD meds online.
Where I am you have to be there in person to be prescribed the meds and to fill them. That was the case for me with Ritalin and Vyvanse, not sure about the others though, although I guarantee all stimulants will be the same
Bro these clowns cannot make a 100% definitive diagnosis online. I think it's a fucking joke & meme.
They should be allowed to operate like that.

I was diagnosed in person, and as a child, and it wasn't 3 appointments to make a definitive diagnosis.

If you are not in the UK you can just skip this.

This is obviously a US based question but in the UK the waiting list for diagnosis is 3-4 years depending on your area.

You have the option to go private and their are companies who will perform it all remotely that are based in the UK and have all the requirements to diagnose you.

As shown in the waiting list it's not easy to get the stuff you need to be able to do that stuff, so while there are some shit choices, the majority of the doctors are very much qualified.

In the UK you can do RTC if you've waited for more than 1-3 months (can't remember exactly). This means you can go through a provider that accepts RTC and the NHS has approved and the NHS will pay. Some GP's don't know about this so you may have to educate them.

Here's a list of choices and an explanation:

In terms of private, I went with MyPace UK. I needed to get diagnosed due to a lot of external pressures at the time. They were very reasonably priced and had availability that was quite soon.

I thank them cause they diagnosed me with ADHD and I would have been somewhere else without that diagnosis, but I wouldn't recommend them. Their whole practice other than the actual consultations and what not are a bag of shit. You'll have to wait a week to get a reply and the phones will be un-manned. They'll leave you without medication for 2 weeks because apparently it's hard to post a piece of paper. The director will also forget to turn up to your appointment at 8AM on boxing day and not respond till the day after without any effort to rectify the experience you've had.

I agree for most cases to be honest, and I don't think even in the UK that enough attention and time is given to be accurate enough.

I luckily had an entire history of school reports my grandmother kept that just made it obvious, so I don't doubt my diagnosis.
Especially since now like 4 relatives have been diagnosed and it is genetic.
You could try Teledoc. If you've been prescribed it before and it's in your chart, then they'd probably prescribe it again. That said, Teledoc is meant for minor illnesses, so the chances of them prescribing a controlled substance (I think Adderall is now), are very slim.

Your best bet is to call whichever doctor used to prescribe you your Adderall and ask them if they'd call it in for you without needing to go in. I'm assuming you don't want to go to a doctor because of the cost, so that may be your best bet.

Did you do more than just like 5 appointments?

Bro, the fucking wild thing is, everyone wants to hop on the train of ADHD / ADD, and they don't really have it.
It pisses me off, they have no idea how much one whom truly has it struggles each day lol.
The people who call themselves neurodivergent make me wonder if everyone needs a special label to fucking function anymore.
I've been a case study here in Canada for my ADHD & ADD, and never once felt the need to have some special cry baby bitch title, to feel like I could fit in.

But it was 2 years since I went so I had to get re-diagnosed but only went to the appointment one time real life the rest online.

You were previously diagnosed so, thats fine.

May I suggest trying to do a little experiment - a dopamine detox. At least for a month. It will be boring, slow and hard asf. But the changes are worth it!
There's a better way to treat ADHD than amphetamines, at least for me.
Amphetamines never helped me with anything except for inducing paranoia.
PM me for the recipe.
They are real. They do take insurance as well. You may be better off finding a remote Psychiatrist though. A lot of pharmacies won't fill orders from these online Docs.
