Proton drive? |

I've never used proton products, can't help for the drive feature.
Regarding the password manager I use Bitwarden which is very good in my opinion and free. Also available on Win, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS so you can get your passwords on every device. For the VPN it depends what you need, for my part I use [censored] mainly to download torrents, it works well for it and it's quite cheap, however if you plan to deal with malicious activities, blackhat stuff, you should take a look at VPN that do not store logs, such as Mullvad. I swapped to Proton Pass because I needed pw manager, cloud and email management. Simplest all-in-one setup ever. It's fast, fairly secure, and allows for granular sharing of files. Bitwarden and protonpass are both good managers. Like TrueCrypt/VeraCrypt, but for passwords.

proton will be more than enough, they R based in Switzerland (a country with strong security policy), also it will offer u a free account and you can create and join more accounts, it has 2FA and a free vpn service with connection to countries(Netherlands, Japan, Romania, Poland and the US) free but with limited messages, around 5000, check it out

Some people don't like to be locked into an ecosystem. Others don't mind it at all.
I personally like Keepass. But i may look into Protonpass or Bitwarden because of the browser extension aspect.

It really depends on use-case. Some may want a no-logs policy, or to look into the data privacy laws of the host country before using a specific VPN service.
For a password manager, I'd also recommend BitWarden. The hashed passwords are uploaded, yes, but with zero-knowledge encryption occurring locally, it's sufficiently secure for most uses. The software itself is open-source and fairly well-audited. For cloud storage, it depends on what you're trying to store. If security is a prime concern, best to keep it local and offline. |
