That's called low balling, sometimes the seller don't know the value of what they are selling so I try to be fair, if you are sure to make 10x or 20x reselling

They used to be better before the advent of Ebay, nowadays anyone can look up an item that they have and know its worth. Its hard to find someone selling stuff for a couple dollars that is actually worth 300 or what not.
