How are creators with 1000+ subs supposed to talk with each and every one of them in the same day, believe me when I tell you people who buy from OF girls are desperate, horny and mostly lonely, they don't even care (or know) who they talk to as long as they have a "friend" and even if you lose 5% of your customers every month you can get more from traffic source.

Easy - Don't be greedy. And the economics work out better if you deliver what they want.

1000 subs at $20/month is $20,000.
Subtract Onlyfans' 20% - $16,000.
Subtract the management company's 20% - $12,800
$12,800 before taxes to not do anything is great as long as you maintain the same number of subs and the same monthly price. Poor service will lead to churn so you will need to get the management company to work harder to maintain that number of subs. Maybe they're motivated to look out for you but more than likely they have enough other creators that they can afford to lose some. Or you will have to lower your monthly price to keep subs. Then your numbers drop but Onlyfans and the management company still get their cut.

Let's change the numbers to reflect actually interacting with the subs. That means fewer subs but a higher price since you are delivering a better service. And if you are delivering a better service, you can charge more. You'll also maintain a steady amount of subs.

500 subs at $100/month is $50,000
Subtract Onlyfans' 20% - $40,000 (If you stay with them. Ignore their fee if you go to Snapchat/Kik/Telegram/Whatsapp)
$40K before taxes by checking in on them once a day for 5 or 10 minutes and maybe longer once a week. Just the basic GFE that many of the old ewhores (myself included) used to do. I was charging $100/month for that and that was years ago. I've seen women on Sexsells offering GFE now for $100/day. It's more work but it's more money too. And it's easy to milk lonely, desperate men if you show them the smallest amount of attention.

With the way that Onlyfans is now, it's a house of cards. Eventually, it falls.

Without going into discussion whether or not Onlyfans alternative is a good idea; you can promote your new site with current OF models.

For example, you can partner up with Onlyfans models (smaller ones at first) and offer them a deal - one time fee? Revshare? - if they post their content on your website and promote it on their social media sites.

LoyalFans does basically what I described above, and I've seen several big creators now post "exclusively" (apparently) on LoyalFans. They're mostly in the femdom/findom niche however same principle can be applied to any niche.

Another example that comes to mind is Playboy, they launched their own Onlyfans alternative and got a bunch of models posting exclusively there.

Obviously at first you won't ask them to ditch OF for your platform, but offer them an alternative that they can use alongside OF because your site has xyz that Onlyfans doesn't. Maybe even offer eg. post your content on my platform and for the next 3 moths we'll handle the chatting/sexting part - come up with an unique selling point that might be interesting to them.
