Buddy the best way to get our is to reach out to someone you trust.

When you feel suicidal your brain gets stuck in a logical loop or flaw. Your brain tries to logically justify to you that suicide is the best option. When it is not! But you can't see it because of the logic loop you're stuck in.

That's where a psychologist can help you and show you the logical flaw your brain has and when you realize it and find out. You will switch and you will learn to keep yourself in check logically. Slowly then the thoughts will go away.
