Thankfully my 7 year old mixed breed is still playful and has tons of energy. Sure he has changed and looks different than 4 years ago but still a healthy pup. I dread of the days where I see him actively age 😭😭😭

Yes it is. Luckily for me smaller breeds and as well mixed breeds tend to live longer, and my dog was always healthy, except for the injury that happened when he got attacked.

Erf, enjoy the good moment with your buddy, take pics and videos, while he's still able to run and play with you, death happens so fast..

I remember that he was getting old when I was working a lot, and I didn't spend as much time as I should with him at this moment.

I lost my dog 5 years ago, got a tattoo of him, couldn't get another dog now, it would be too painful.

When he can't out right sprint when I challenge him to a run or that he has a hard time getting into the car. He's 10 so he an old doggo now
