But plugged in external screen until I finish this new build. Waiting on the 5090

I have to admit its pretty good but could have done without the stupid cartoon skins and other kid stuff.

I'm on the 3070 as well.... Alienware aurora so just need to decide if its worth trying to upgrade a few components or time to just get the latest rig.

You like the gaming laptops? I was always leery about them but I'm sure now they've come far enough to be plenty good enough for my uses.

Do I like gaming laptops. Umm, well tbh I don't however this one I fully upgraded the hardware because I was travelling more often and its very handy carrying a i9 14 core, 64gb Ram, 2 x 2tb 980 pros and 3070ti around with you if you want something portable to do some damage. Like moving country for months travelling I mean. I mostly use it as a shell though now big of a waste of 4-5k I originally spent on it (with the upgrades) around 2 years ago I think.

For short trips like a day out I use
