I understand that it's not btc but it seems when one major crypto goes donw, so does several others.

The whole market it down currently.
Sui is down 15.12%
SOL is down 12.88%
ETH is down 11.39%
XRP is down 10.99%
LTC is down 8.73%
bitcoin is down....LOTS.

Wallets are hurting now, I will be HODLing.

Yeah I have taken a heap of profit for the reno in our yard and I will be looking at buying more soon. I am just holding the 4k that I currently have and then ill make a decision in the next month if I buy more or look at another way of investing.

Yes, following the recent billion dollar hack, Bybit experienced a significant surge in withdrawal requests.

Pretty much all those. It will recover back especailly stock market but for crypto , it was suppose to be good new you know before trump's tarrif and all but all the bad news coming in and ruin the market even more.

Gona wait for some time or long time again for it to pump. But still BTC will always be the main coin to invest serious money anyways.

Not gonna lie, I'm feeling uneasy about this whole situation. If I was buying long-term, say several years, I would have just hodl and buy even more. But ever since I started DCA in Feb 2024 it was for the purpose of doubling my money to buy a car in early spring. I'm still in profit ofcourse, but I don't know what's next - a big crash, moving sideways for weeks/months, or a surge. I'm seriously considering selling today.

But can you blame me? I'm a first time investor to crypto and have been only in this for a year.

Anyway, I don't blame you for wanting to sell. There is going to be a lot of panic selling over the next few weeks which will continue to make the price fall even further.

What's your situation with funding the car? Are you at the point where your car is in crypto?

I have also been watching the price and seeing it under 90k isn't a good look. I remember seeing it at 108 thinking, shit I need to do some renos, do i hold or sell? If I sell ill miss the spike. I held a bit longer and ended up selling some of my crypto at around 97k. It sucked but I needed to use the money.

I think you would regret selling under 90k just to see it it maybe back up to 120k by mid year.

Maybe sell your investment at least? If you do that, while in profit then you're pretty much safe from future events.

- FED Rate cuts
- Russia-Ukraine peace
- ETH ETF Staking amend approval by SEC
